Submission gives EZKasa the information needed to review the property and contact you about possible next steps. It does not guarantee acceptance, service availability, an estimate, a schedule, financing approval or terms, work quality, property value, sale timing, or another outcome.
Agreement and eligibility
By submitting the SmartSale intake, you acknowledge these terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 years old and either own the property or have the property owner’s authorization to provide the information. If you submit for another person, you represent that you have permission to do so.
What SmartSale provides
EZKasa provides a guided property review, information organization, and personal follow-up. The website and review form do not act as:
- A real estate broker or agent.
- A lender, mortgage broker, credit provider, or financial adviser.
- A general contractor, specialty contractor, inspector, appraiser, engineer, architect, or legal or tax adviser.
Information on the website is general planning information. It is not a professional opinion, valuation, inspection, bid, or recommendation to buy, sell, finance, or perform work.
Property buyer and investor applications
The open application allows an individual or business entity to submit a qualification and matching profile. EZKasa may use the stated asset classes, property types, condition and occupancy preferences, acquisition range, markets, strategy, experience, business structure, funding approach, and other criteria to organize its internal buyer directory and evaluate potential fit for later homeowner-authorized opportunities.
Application or qualification does not create membership, representation, agency, exclusivity, a securities offering, a pooled or fractional investment, property access, a right to receive opportunities, an accepted offer, or a promise of property condition, value, financing, return, or profit. Any later property information, walkthrough, communication, offer, purchase, brokerage service, financing, or other transaction step requires separate authorization, documentation, and applicable professional involvement.
Do not submit bank credentials, tax identification numbers, proof-of-funds documents, or other financial records through the public application. If verification is appropriate later, EZKasa will provide a separate private process.
Real-estate professional applications
A real-estate professional may submit a practice profile for review. License and employing brokerage details may be requested during follow-up and must be verified before qualification. Application, qualification, or portal access does not create agency, employment, brokerage, exclusivity, referral compensation, property access, client authority, or a promise of business.
A professional portal begins with access only to the applicant's own qualification record. A homeowner or property record is available only after separate authorization and exact record assignment.
Vendor and product-supplier applications
A vendor, manufacturer, distributor, authorized dealer, product representative, material supplier, or equipment provider may submit business and capability information for human review through the EZKonstruction Vendor & Trade Partner Network. EZKasa administers this public application for EZKonstruction LLC.
Application, review, or later qualification does not guarantee approval, purchases, work, exclusivity, portal access, partnership, agency, employment, or a joint venture. Any later order, payment arrangement, service commitment, compliance review, or other business relationship requires separate documentation and approval.
Do not submit completed W-9s, tax identification numbers, banking or payment information, identity documents, insurance files, credentials, or other sensitive documents through the public vendor application. If an application advances, an authorized private process will be provided when needed.
Owner control and separate service paths
The property owner retains control over every project commitment. Submitting the property-review form does not hire a contractor, lender, broker, or another provider and does not authorize work.
When available, EZKonstruction LLC may separately offer construction services as the contractor of record. Any scope, estimate, construction contract, permits, supervision, payment terms, warranty, and remedies belong to that separate relationship. The owner may choose another contractor or decline construction services.
Real-estate representation, if offered, is optional and must occur through the applicable licensed individual and employing broker under separate disclosures and agreements. The owner may choose another real-estate professional or no brokerage service.
Funding and payment boundaries
SmartSale may collect a nonbinding project-budget preference for planning. EZKasa does not arrange, approve, guarantee, or provide financing through the public intake. If an optional third-party financing path becomes available, the independent provider controls its application, eligibility decision, disclosures, rates, terms, and agreement. Do not submit Social Security numbers, income, bank credentials, or credit information through SmartSale.
Deferred payment at sale, contractor carry, sale-proceeds repayment, and closing-linked collection are not offered through the current SmartSale intake.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, update material errors, respect the rights and privacy of others, and avoid submitting confidential information you are not authorized to share. You remain responsible for independent professional advice and for reviewing any later scope, estimate, agreement, permit, contractor credential, financing disclosure, or brokerage disclosure before approval.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or availability; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; use automated requests that burden the service; or use the form for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or abusive activity. EZKasa may reject, pause, or close a request when information is incomplete, authorization is uncertain, capacity is unavailable, security is at risk, or the property is outside the current service area.
Intellectual property
The SmartSale website, brand, design, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to EZKasa and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms permit personal use of the public experience; they do not transfer ownership or authorize copying the website, brand, or proprietary materials.
Availability and changes
The website and property-review form may be modified, paused, or discontinued. Service availability depends on location and capacity. We may update these terms as SmartSale changes; the effective date above identifies the current version. If a material change requires new consent, we will ask for it.
Disclaimers
The public website and preliminary intake are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EZKasa disclaims implied warranties that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free or that preliminary information will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
