Submission creates a preliminary property record for human review. It does not guarantee acceptance, provider availability, an estimate, a schedule, project funding, work quality, property value, sale timing, or any other outcome.
Agreement and eligibility
By submitting the SmartSale intake, you acknowledge these terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 years old and either own the property or have the property owner’s authorization to provide the information. If you submit for another person, you represent that you have permission to do so.
SmartSale’s current role
EZKasa provides property-readiness technology, structured intake, record organization, and preliminary human review. EZKasa does not act through this intake as:
- A real estate broker or agent.
- A lender, mortgage broker, credit provider, or financial adviser.
- A general contractor, specialty contractor, inspector, appraiser, engineer, architect, or legal or tax adviser.
Information on the website is general planning information. It is not a professional opinion, valuation, inspection, bid, or recommendation to buy, sell, finance, or perform work.
Owner control and independent providers
The property owner retains control over every project commitment. No provider is hired and no work is authorized through the preliminary intake. If a later provider opportunity is offered, the provider is responsible for its qualifications, licensing, insurance, scope, estimate, contract, permits, trade compliance, personnel, work, warranty, and remedies. Separate agreements and owner approval are required before work begins.
Funding and payment boundaries
SmartSale may collect a nonbinding project-budget preference for planning. EZKasa does not arrange, approve, guarantee, or provide financing through the public intake. Any future optional funding pathway would require separate activation, eligibility review, disclosures, terms, and independent agreements.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, update material errors, respect the rights and privacy of others, and avoid submitting confidential information you are not authorized to share. You remain responsible for independent professional advice and for reviewing any later scope, estimate, agreement, permit, or provider credential before approval.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or availability; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; use automated requests that burden the service; or use the intake for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or abusive activity. EZKasa may reject, pause, or close a request when information is incomplete, authorization is uncertain, capacity is unavailable, security is at risk, or the request falls outside an active market or operating boundary.
Intellectual property
The SmartSale website, brand, design, software, workflow presentation, and original content are owned by or licensed to EZKasa and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms permit personal use of the public experience; they do not transfer ownership or authorize copying the platform, brand, or proprietary materials.
Availability and changes
The website and intake may be modified, paused, or discontinued. Service availability varies by market and capacity. We may update these terms as the product changes; the effective date above identifies the current public version. A material change to the intake consent requires a new versioned consent record.
Disclaimers
The public website and preliminary intake are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EZKasa disclaims implied warranties that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free or that preliminary information will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
