Submitting the form starts a property review with EZKasa. It does not by itself hire EZKonstruction or another contractor, authorize work, apply for financing, create a brokerage relationship, or promise that a service will be available.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including:
- Contact details such as name, email address, and telephone number when requested by the selected form.
- Your relationship to the property and, when applicable, your confirmation that the property owner authorized the submission.
- Property address, location, condition, preparation goals, timing, improvement priorities, optional planning estimates, and notes.
- Optional information about an owner-selected real estate professional or other authorized advisor.
- A record of your consent, submission time, and limited technical details used to prevent abuse or accidental duplicate submissions.
- For property buyer and investor applicants: contact and entity details, acquisition markets, asset classes, property types, condition and occupancy preferences, purchase range, strategy, funding approach, experience, and property criteria.
- For real-estate professional applicants: contact details, professional role, Arizona license and brokerage details, service areas, practice focus, and collaboration goals.
- For vendor and product-supplier applicants: business contact details, vendor type, product categories and brands, service or delivery territories, lead times, ordering and delivery capabilities, warranty support, and collaboration goals.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, income, bank or payment-card details, proof-of-funds documents, credit reports, account passwords, medical information, or other sensitive documents through a public intake or application. We will provide a separately authorized method if supporting documents are needed later.
How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- Create and review your SmartSale property request.
- Create, review, and internally match property buyer or investor profiles by stated market, property type, acquisition range, strategy, experience, entity, and other criteria.
- Review and verify real-estate professional applications and provide an exact-record portal invitation when approved.
- Review and verify vendor and product-supplier applications for the EZKonstruction Vendor & Trade Partner Network.
- Contact you about missing information, review status, and next steps authorized by the property owner.
- Protect the website, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, investigate errors, and keep a record of your consent.
- Improve the experience using minimized, aggregated, or de-identified information when practical.
- Meet legal obligations, protect rights and safety, and resolve disputes.
Property value, mortgage information, or equity does not determine whether a request receives a personal review. EZKasa does not use the public form to make lending or automated eligibility decisions.
When information may be shared
Access is limited to authorized EZKasa personnel and service providers that support the website, form processing, security, and records. Current providers include Netlify for website and secure form delivery, Airtable for certain property-review and network records, and the approved managed PostgreSQL service for canonical vendor-application and audit records when that intake is activated.
Property information is not sent to EZKonstruction, a subcontractor, lender, broker, or another service provider simply because a form was submitted. A later introduction requires a separate step authorized by the property owner and remains subject to availability and separate agreements.
An investor application does not provide property access. Any later sharing of nonpublic property information, reports, walkthrough scheduling, homeowner contact, or offer coordination requires separate authorization and an appropriate private workflow.
A real-estate professional application or portal invitation does not provide access to a homeowner or property. Any later property access requires separate homeowner authorization and an exact record assignment.
A vendor or product-supplier application is administered by EZKasa for EZKonstruction LLC. Submission does not guarantee approval, purchases, work, exclusivity, portal access, partnership, agency, or joint-venture status. Any later commercial or compliance relationship requires a separate step and applicable documentation.
Any optional financing application must occur through the independent provider's approved system. EZKasa does not collect lender application data through the SmartSale intake or receive a lender's credit decision merely because a budget preference was selected.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect people or the platform, investigate misuse, or support a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
EZKasa does not sell personal information or use public-intake information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Browser storage and measurement
Public forms may use limited browser storage during the current browser session to preserve a draft or prevent an accidental duplicate submission. The current public experience does not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers. We will update this notice before introducing measurement tools that materially change how information is handled.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review the request or network application, provide authorized services, maintain security and consent records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. EZKasa administers retention and approved deletion for vendor and product-supplier applications on behalf of the EZKonstruction program.
Vendor applications are reviewed by status instead of being kept indefinitely. Submitted applications are reviewed or closed within 120 days. A request for more information ordinarily remains open for 60 days, and a documented hold is reviewed after 180 days. Qualified applications are reverified annually and are closed after 24 months without verified contact, sourcing activity, or a separate business relationship. A not-selected application is ordinarily de-identified after a 90-day correction and dispute period. A legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute hold may pause that schedule only for as long as the documented need continues.
De-identification removes the submitted contact and business-detail content while preserving only minimized, non-identifying integrity evidence. Pre-de-identification information may remain temporarily in protected recovery copies until the normal backup window expires. We do not create a backup solely to preserve information scheduled for deletion or de-identification.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello.ezkasa@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the record. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or record-integrity purposes.
Security
We use administrative and technical controls designed to limit access, protect transmission, reduce unnecessary collection, and maintain reliable records. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information was submitted without authorization or may be at risk, contact us promptly.
Children
SmartSale is intended for adults who are property owners or are authorized to act for a property owner. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this intake.
Service availability
SmartSale currently accepts property-review requests for Tucson and surrounding areas. We confirm availability after learning about the property. This privacy notice does not itself begin construction, financing, brokerage, subcontractor, payment, or field services.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as SmartSale changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a material change requires new consent, we will ask for it rather than applying the change silently.
