SmartSale currently supports preliminary intake and human readiness review. Submitting information does not hire a provider, authorize work, create a construction contract, arrange financing, or guarantee service availability.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including:
- Contact details such as name, email address, and optional telephone number.
- Your relationship to the property and, when applicable, your confirmation that the property owner authorized the submission.
- Property address, jurisdiction, condition, readiness objective, timing, improvement priorities, optional planning estimates, and notes.
- Optional information about an owner-selected real estate professional or other authorized advisor.
- Consent version, submission time, request identifier, and technical evidence needed to protect the intake from abuse or duplicate processing.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card details, account passwords, medical information, or other sensitive documents through the public intake. We will provide a separately authorized method if supporting documents are needed later.
How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- Create and review the preliminary SmartSale property record.
- Contact you about missing information, review status, and owner-authorized next steps.
- Protect the platform, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, investigate errors, and preserve accountable consent evidence.
- Improve workflows using minimized, aggregated, or de-identified operational learning where practical.
- Meet legal obligations, protect rights and safety, and resolve disputes.
Property value, mortgage information, or equity does not determine whether an intake receives a preliminary human review. EZKasa does not use the public intake to make lending or automated eligibility decisions.
When information may be shared
Access is limited to authorized EZKasa personnel and service providers that operate the website, intake, security, and records systems. Current infrastructure includes Netlify for website and server-function delivery and Airtable for the controlled operating record.
Property information is not sent to an independent service provider merely because an intake was submitted. A later provider introduction requires a separate owner-authorized step and remains subject to availability, responsibility boundaries, and separate agreements.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect people or the platform, investigate misuse, or support a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
EZKasa does not sell personal information or use public-intake information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Browser storage and measurement
The intake uses limited browser storage to preserve a draft during the current browser session and to prevent an accidental duplicate submission. The current public experience does not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers. Future analytics or measurement tools must receive a separate privacy and deployment review before activation.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the preliminary review, authorized operations, security and audit evidence, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Retention depends on the record’s status, the reason it was collected, and applicable requirements. When information is no longer required, we intend to delete it or de-identify it using the applicable controlled process.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello.ezkasa@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the record. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or record-integrity purposes.
Security
We use administrative and technical controls designed to limit access, protect transmission, reduce unnecessary collection, and preserve accountable records. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information was submitted without authorization or may be at risk, contact us promptly.
Children
SmartSale is intended for adults who are property owners or are authorized to act for a property owner. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this intake.
Other states and future services
SmartSale is nationally designed, but operating availability is activated market by market. Additional state-specific notices or rights may apply when a new market or capability is activated. Financing, payment handling, provider contracting, and field work are not activated by this notice.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the platform changes. The effective date above will identify the current public version. Material changes to the intake’s affirmative consent require a new consent version rather than a silent replacement.
